found by a dear friend:

Flux Factory Not-So-Silent Benefit

Last tuesday/December 20 I hopped the chinatown to NY and made drawings for Flux Factory Benefit in Chelsea. As knock-off artists we were asked to make reproductions of the work on view--drawing with dry-media on the spot, as an affordable alternative check out one of my drawings in the photostream on TimeOut NY ("sold"): http://newyork.timeout.com/things-to-do/own-this-city-blog/2384905/photos-flux-factorys-not-so-silent-auction?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed
Sold some, drew a few on commission. I had a lot of fun, and It went really well for Flux too.

Detroit Detroit Detroit

Judith Hoffman has locked all the doors to her studio, and is frantically sewing railings and walls together for a slipcover on Quark Gallery in Detroit---to be installed for the opening this Friday. As a part of the collaboration, she's selected a few artists' work to be projected onto the sides of the freshly clad building.

digital presentations by: Reed Barrow, Emily Bunker (that's me!), Jane Cassidy, Justin Cooper, Loren Erdich, Steven Hudosh, Jimmy McBride, Cristobal Mendoza, Lori Mehrige, Kambui Olujimi, David Prince, Alison Wilder, Michel Souissic and Scott Berels.

read about Judith's collaborative work in Detroit here
and a snippet about the show here

The opening is Friday, 6-10 p.m. at Quark Gallery, 6161 Woodward Ave., Detroit
